Ordering Information
Orders may be placed by e-mail, telephone, fax, or mail. We accept purchase
order numbers and credit cards (MasterCard & VISA).
To open a new account, please speak with one of our Customer Service associates.

- complete billing address

- catalogue number, product description, quantity & size of product(s)

Online Orders
Place orders 24 hours a day on-line via this web site. Your order will
be processed and an order confirmation will be returned to you within
24 business hours.
Telephone Orders
Bilingual Customer Service is available from 8:30am - 6:00pm EST, Monday
through Friday. Please call toll-free within Canada 1.888.259.0187 or
905.288.6000 locally. Please note that written confirmations are not required
for orders placed by telephone. If you prefer to also send a written confirmation,
please mark boldly "Confirmation Order: Do Not Ship." BD Biosciences cannot
issue credit or be held responsible for duplicate shipments resulting
from improperly marked confirming orders.

Delivery Information
Most products are stocked at our Mississauga facility and are available
for overnight delivery via courier. Most orders received and processed
by 4:30pm EST will be shipped the same day (Monday through Thursday only)
for next day delivery. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added
to the invoice. Shipments are F.O.B. Mississauga, Ontario.
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, BD Biosciences is seeking
ways to reduce solid waste. Most of our products are shipped in environmentally
compatible, recyclable, padded envelopes without ice packs. We have performed
shipping experiments that show that these reagents are stable when shipped
at ambient temperature. All other products are shipped with dry ice or
ice packs according to their appropriate shipping conditions to maintain
product integrity. We ask that, upon arrival, all products be placed under
the conditions indicated on the data sheet.
Terms of Sale
Terms are Net 30 days. Invoices are issued in Canadian dollars. BD Biosciences
reserves the right to revise pricing without notice, but we will make
every effort to inform our customers prior to an increase. Shipments are
F.O.B. Mississauga, Ontario. All products are sold for research use only,
unless otherwise stated, and data sheets are supplied with each product.
