The BD FastImmune™ Cytokine System is designed for the rapid analysis of human lymphocyte activation and the sensitive detection of intracellular cytokines by flow cytometry. With new CD4 intracellular cytokine detection kits, the method has been streamlined further and preparation time is diminished since the reagents you need are included and ready-to-use.
Intracellular cytokine measurements in response to antigen activation have been used in studies of autoimmune disease, HIV and tumor vaccine development, allergy, and viral and infectious diseases.
