Technical Service

Our Canadian in-house Technical Service Team is dedicated to providing you with current and accurate information and support related to reagents from the following units, and their applications.

• BD Biosciences, Immunocytometry Systems
• BD Biosciences, Pharmingen

Our Canadian field-based Technical Application Specialists (TAS) will provide you with on-site applications and instrument support, seminars, tutorials, workshops, literature shows, demonstrations, troubleshooting and technical support.

Technical service is also available via e-mail to techserv.ca@bd.com.

For Instrument Technical Support and Service, please call our Canadian Service Coordination Centre toll-free with in Canada at 1.866.542.6663, or 905.288.6233 locally (Monday through Friday 8:30am to 8pm EST). After receiving your call, our Service Coordination Associate will notify our Technical Support Representative, who will troubleshoot over the phone. Then, if a service call is necessary following the troubleshooting, a Field Service Representative will be dispatched.

For BD Biosciences, Discovery Labware (BD Falcon™ and BD Biocoat™) and BD Gentest™ support, please call toll-free at 1.877.232.8995 (Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST) or e-mail labware@bd.com.
