DB(TM) DimerX reagents are MHC-immunoglobulin fusion proteins, developed to detect antigen-specific T cells. Among the MHC multimers, dimer (BD(TM) DimerX) and tetramers are the only commercially available reagents. Here you will find the BD(TM) DimerX MHC class I:Ig fusion protein reagents, which enable analysis of CD8+ cytotoxic T cells by flow cytometry.
