DimerX provides an easy-to-use method for T cell epitope specificity dissection offering a convenient immune function analysis tool with a flexible peptide loading system. Simply load the MHC:Ig fusion protein with the antigenic peptide of choice and analyze T cells of interest by flow cytometry.
